Vinod Kothari is one of the very few specialized lease educators in the World.

Vinod Kothari is engaged in lease education since 1987. Over these 14 years, Vinod Kothari has handled, mostly singly, some 200 leasing workshops and seminars all over the world.

Vinod Kothari's strengths are a lease trainer are - his total command over variegated aspects of lease and hire-purchase transactions, including financial mathematics, legal and taxation issues, accounting issues, marketing and general business economics, etc; excellent communication skills and use of stat-of-art presentation technology.

We hold both open-house courses and in-house courses.

On open-house basis, our courses have been offered at various locations in India - Mumbai (Bombay), Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore, Chennai (Madras), Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jalandhar, Indore. These have mostly been offered jointly with the Association of Leasing and Financial Services Cos., India.

On in-house basis, our courses have been offered for State Bank of India (India's largest nationalised bank), Canara Bank (India's premier nationalised bank), IFCI (India's development financial institution), Grindlays Bank - GRIT (leading multinational bank) HDFC (biggest housing finance company in India), Kotak Mahindra Finance (India's highly respected finance company), Apple Finance (leading finance company), Tata Finance (largest financier in automobile sector), etc. For many of these organisations, our courses are a regular feature.

Recently, we offered to Tata Finance a series of training sessions at various locations for their executives, to be followed by a year-long correspondence training course.

Outside of India, Vinod Kothari has offered training courses in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Egypt, Jordan, South Africa, Zambia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.

We have been involved in advising on some very novel leasing products and complex transactions, including a syndicated lease, cross-border lease, operating lease options, etc.

We have been responsible for finalising the Leasing Manual for State Bank of India. We developed and advised Kotak Mahindra on a unique retail financing plan.
